Write to the Saywick Blog
Got a guide you'd like us to write, a question about running small-business websites, or a correction to something we published? Tell us below. A real person reads every message, and good questions often become the next article.
Before you write in
A few notes on what to send us and where the other questions are best answered.
- What kinds of things can I write to you about?
- Topic suggestions, questions about website care, local SEO, blogging, domains and DNS, moving off WordPress or managing many client sites, and corrections to anything we've published. If you're stuck on something, there's a good chance other readers are too.
- How do I suggest a guide?
- Use the form above and describe the problem you're trying to solve rather than just the keyword. 'I manage twelve client sites and never know which ones need updates' gives us far more to work with than 'site maintenance'.
- I found a mistake in an article. What should I do?
- Please tell us. Include the article title and the part that looks wrong, and say what you'd expect to see instead if you can. Practical guides only help if the steps are right.
- I have a question about my Saywick account or a client site.
- The fastest route is saywick.com. Questions about hosting, backups, domains, billing or how the dashboard works are best handled there, where the team can look at your account.
- Can I ask for general advice on my own website?
- Yes, general questions about running a small-business website are welcome here. We can't promise a personal reply to every message, but we read them all and use them to decide what to write next.
- Where can I see what you've already covered?
- Browse the Topics page for guides grouped by subject, or head to the home page for the latest articles. Your question may already be answered.
